Water sports are an excellent way to combine the benefits of sports and the relaxing aspect of the swimming pool. It is a joyful and fun way to maintain and develop ones well-being while limiting the effort s on the articulations.

What are the advantages and benefits of Aquasports?
For whom are these activities made?

Water sports benefits
Thanks to the water pressure (about 800 times superior to the air pressure), during the movements, your body permanently benefits from the massaging and sheating actions of the water-flow.

In most cases, one could observe that practicing an Aquasport gets you:

- Active participation of the lap belt

- Improves blood circulation and decreases the feeling of heavy legs

Aquasports benefits
For many people, practicing a sport can be very painful for the articulations and therefore quickly discourages them to keep on practicing it. In the water though, thank to Archimede's buoyancy, one can feel 1/10th of his weight. According to medical studies, one burns as many calories for 30 minutes of inner water sports than for 1 hour on earth.
